Frequently our clients wonder "what's next?"  They finish PT, their pain is gone, they've gone back to their regular lives and activities, BUT they aren't sure how to stay strong.   Either the gym is to0 big or too scary,  it's boring to go by yourself, you need accountability, you're afraid of hurting yourself again. 

Our small group training has been the perfect answer for our clients.   Classes are taught by our physical therapists and personal trainer.  Each group has a maximum of 4-5 people so that each person gets individualized attention to make sure they are exercising at the exact right level.  

Who is Small Group Training Best For?

  • Do you return to the doctor frequently because they are inconsistent with a strength or exercise program and their pain and stiffness returns?
  • Do you have anxiety about going to a gym facility with strangers when you aren't sure you know what you are doing?
  • You know you need to exercise and stay active, but you also know you need modifications that a professional can provide so you don't end up in pain?
  • Have you stopped and started an exercise program a million times, but can't keep consistent without accountability?
  • Do you want to have fun while you are also getting stronger, improving balance, and increasing your energy?

If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, then this group is for you!

How Does The Program Work?

Our Fit for Life Program is a 13 week program, where your class will meet twice a week for a 50 min working on strength, endurance and balance.  We understand that each client is at a different starting point and has different abilities and medical histories, so each exercise will be adjusted to match your ability.  We want to make sure you are not overstressed, but we also don't want to "under-exercise" you either so you don't see results!
