Client Care Specialist

We are growing our client database and we’re looking to add value to our service by bringing in another person to occupy the most important role on our front desk. As a result, we are now offering you an opportunity to help us to continue to expand and provide an exceptional customer experience for our patients that goes way beyond what is offered by most health care facilities. The right person is likely to have been working in a customer-facing environment and has a track record of dealing with customers, answering questions on the phone and in person, and turning inquires into happy customers.

You will be responsible for managing a busy front desk and waiting room experience, meeting and greeting our patients, answering the phone, scheduling, and ensuring that all of our patients are looked after and made to feel welcomed whenever they enter your world. Ultimately, your job is to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by excelling at retaining our patients as lifelong customers of the business. You’ll do that by creating the type of customer service experience that patients will be happy to pay for and just as happy to tell others about.

Massage Therapist

 We have a practice where people love to come to learn, grow and heal, and our patients look forward to coming back time and time again. We are now offering you an opportunity to help us expand and provide an exceptional customer experience for our patients that goes way beyond what is offered by most health care facilities. The right person is likely to have been working in a clinic, medical office, or spa and has a proven track record with clients.

​You will be responsible for providing check in services by meeting and greeting our clients, preparing the massage room for treatment, cleaning up after treatment, writing SOAP notes and following all COVID-19 safety protocols; provide professional services and adhere to state requirements, standards, and ethics. We want our clients to feel they are looked after and welcomed whenever they enter our clinic. Ultimately, your job is to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by booking repeat appointments, building a rapport with clientele, and excelling at retaining those clients as lifelong customers of the business. You’ll do that by creating the type of customer service experience that clients will be happy to pay for and just as happy to tell others about.

Physical Therapist

Because we are growing, we are looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role you will be helping our practice continue to grow and provide a world class physical therapy service to more patients in our community. You must be someone who puts people skills ahead of clinical skills and you must be a true team player. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail - we need notes completed correctly and on time.
